If you were registered for our September conference, which was canceled due to the storm, please contact us to let us know how you would like to proceed for the December conference. Because the December event is being offered at a lower registration price, you may choose one of the following options:

• Roll your registration over to the December conference and receive a partial refund for the price difference.

• Decline the December date and request a full refund.

Please contact us prior to 4 pm on October 15, 2026 with your preferred option.

Donation includes 2 nights at Waikoloa Beach Marriott & Spa, Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast & lunch, Sunday breakfast & course materials.

Check in starts at 4 pm on Friday, December 4. Doors open at 5 pm. Dinner at 5:30 pm and the beginning of of the course. Ends about 8:45 pm.

Saturday, December 5 starts at 8 am with coffee, fruits and pastries. Lunch at noon. End of day around 2:30 pm

Sunday, December 6 start at 8 am with coffee, fruits, and pastries. Hotel check out at noon.
