Sign up in Fall 2026 to join 24 hours of fun at CrossFit Huaka’i.
Starts at 9 am on Saturday, November 21, 2026 and ends on Sunday, November 22, 2026 at 9 am.
Team & Participant Responsibilities
Each team’s mission is simple but powerful:
👉 Keep your rower moving for the full 24 hours.
Teams should include 4 or more members , rotating in shifts to stay active through the night and day. Drop-in rowers and volunteers are welcome to join at any time to help keep the meters climbing and the energy high.
● Goal: Maintain continuous movement for 24 hours
● Pace Estimate: 1,000 meters ≈ 5 minutes of rowing
● Distance Estimates: 200,000m/200K - 300,000m/300K
● Endurance: Each athlete will complete multiple shifts across the 24 hours
This challenge isn’t just about physical stamina—it’s about mental toughness, teamwork, honoring the resilience of our first responders, and not being afraid to ask for help when you need it.
The Fundraising Impact
Each team is encouraged to find at least one sponsoring business or organization to pledge $1 or more per 1,000 meters rowed.
Total Meters Rowed Sponsor Pledge $1/1K Sponsor Pledge $2/1K
200,000m/200K $200 $400
250,000m/250K $250 $500
300,000m/300k $300 $600
Even a single team can make a meaningful difference-especially when combined with 15-20 teams rowing together for 24 hours.
Every meter rowed, every dollar pledged, helps Friends of First Responders continue supporting the mental, physical, and emotional health of those who protect our island.
