Teams will row in rotating shifts for 24 hours straight; symbolizing the long nights and endless calls, and unseen hardships our First Responders endure while protecting our communities.

We row 24 hours because it’s hard-physically, mentally and emotionally. Choosing hard things builds resilience and empathy. Our first responders live this reality daily, facing stress, trauma and sleepless nights. This event honors their commitment, raises awareness for mental health and reminds them you’re not alone-we got you.
